efficacia la capacit\u00e0 delle piccole imprese europee a svolgere con successo il recruting e assunzioni.<\/li>\n<li>fornire agli enti di formazione professionale europei, ai tutor, ai trainer, ecc. le informazioni e il supporto necessari per integrare e adottare i risultati del tutte le sue fasi (identificazione delle esigenze interne delle risorse umane , processi, strumenti e know-how per svolgere qualsiasi attivit\u00e0 di recruiting, strategie di Employer Branding responsabilit\u00e0 sociale).<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #03f4e2;\"><strong>MATERIALE DI FORMAZIONE<\/strong><\/span>: fruibilit\u00e0 dell&#8217;innovativo curriculum di formazione RE-CREW, testato sul campo e validato con il supporto dei principali stakeholder.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #03f4e2;\"><strong>DAT<\/strong><\/span>: strumento web-based per verificare l&#8217;efficacia di eventuali strategie di gestione delle risorse umane, la qualit\u00e0 dei processi di recruiting, l&#8217;efficacia delle procedure di assunzione, la qualit\u00e0 di strategie di Employer Value Proposition e Branding, la soddisfazione per I precedenti processi di assunzione intrapresi dai datori di lavoro, la disponibilit\u00e0 e la qualit\u00e0 di eventuali politiche di responsabilit\u00e0 sociale all&#8217;interno delle aziende, l&#8217;approccio delle aziende a politiche di salute e benessere sul posto di lavoro.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #03f4e2;\"><strong>GUIDA
