This edition is now online and is dedicated to showcasing the project’s accomplishments, results, and forthcoming initiatives. Among the topics explored in this third newsletter are:
- SME Focus: In the ever-evolving business landscape, the significance of human resources cannot be overstated. RE-CREW is committed to tackling recruitment challenges amid the pandemic and other disruptions by offering innovative solutions to enhance the hiring strategies of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing them with the necessary support to navigate these complex times.
- Innovative Tools: The RE-CREW online platform has been developed to equip entrepreneurs with the tools required to assess their recruitment readiness. With the Digital Assessment Tool (DAT), an unparalleled opportunity is provided to evaluate recruitment capabilities effectively and efficiently.
- Training Activities: Through local workshops, training sessions, and engaging online events, the RE-CREW project has empowered participants with the knowledge and skills needed to optimize recruitment processes within their companies. - The impending launch of the RE-CREW online platform, which is in its final development stages and will soon undergo testing involving approximately 60 CEOs and SME owners.
- The forthcoming release of the Digital Assessment Tool (DAT) and the Open Guide for VET Trainers, catering to those seeking to integrate these tools into their training activities.
